As a general contractor specializing in Carpentry, Simon Voight will choose the right subcontractor if needed to complete the job for the client. Upon signing the job contract, R&S requires fifty percent of total price, twenty-five percent upon start date and twenty five percent upon completion. R&S Renovations are a highly competitive company that makes each and every client our first priority. We strive for 100% satisfaction rate.
