O.T.'S Lawn & Landsscaping

O.T. showed up as scheduled to give the estimate. Arrived with sufficient help to complete the project in about half hour (including trimming the branches). Made sure no debris was left on the yard. Everyone polite and courteous. Originally my husband was going to haul off the accumulated yard & garden debris, garage junk and other stuff from the main bathroom remodeling. Because he had to work out of town and would only be home on the weekends for the next few months I decided to gathered and piled the stuff up to find out how much we really had. It turned out that it would have taken 3 or 4 trips with my husband?s truck because there were a lot of large pieces from the bathroom remodeling. Since the dump is only opened 1/2 a day Saturdays I decided to find someone to haul the stuff. There were two companies locally who gave me an estimate. Both companies gave a fair estimate. The reason I went with O.T.'S Lawn & Landscaping was O.T noticed one of our oak trees had branches about to scrape the carport roof and mentioned he had bucket truck and did tree trimming/cutting. This reminded me about a tree limb that, when it has leaves, hangs barely 5 feet off the ground, which I showed to him. The limb was about 15-20 feet long. O.T. noticed that the other side of the tree had branches just touching the roof. He added the trimming & hauling the branches in the estimate. I have paid more to have less branches cut and disposed of than what O.T.'S Lawn & Landscaping charged for this whole project.
