Worse experience ever. Poor business practice, To all concerned this was my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Not only was my consultation incomplete by omitting what I could expect for paying $3890.56 upfront, but owner Holly had her workers install flooring with no padding only landscaping sheets. One would think that with paying $3,890.56 this would include padding. This thin underlayment that I call landscaping weed sheet was placed directly on an unleveled concrete floor and Holly lied to me by saying that the padding would not make a difference and the industry experts don't use padding anymore. She then tried to charge me over $1,500.00 additional dollars for redoing the floors to add padding. Her Foreman came to my house without a mask on and spit in my roses (caught on camera). Still I'm left with an unlevel floor in 2 rooms and a hallway because the guys were tired by Day 3. I looked over the invoices and created one that was fair, and paid it, only because I wanted the workers to possibly get paid and enjoy their Christmas. Holly threatened to put a lien on my house because I notified Homeadvisor of my bad experience. I do not owe Holly anything and never asked her for a discount, I just wanted nice work done as an investment and I did not get what I paid for. I have to get another reputable contractor to correct the floors and am out of $3,890.56 + $761.00 + 7.75 = $4659.31 from my hard earned savings. I'm working to forget this experience, Gazelle Residential, Holly and the nastyspitter.
