 + -1 moreThe owner passed and was taken over by new ownership and they sent me a bill for a year of monitoring. I cancelled I requested a refund for the remainder of the month, not the months that were used. There were no contracts stating that this wouldn't be allowed. They would not issue me a refund.
Description of Work: I hired them as my monitoring alarm system company.
