Rol Air did a pretty good job and they were responsive and there product and job they did are working great. But about 5 months after they moved and installed a new water heater I had inspectors over because I'm remodeling my basement and they said they never pulled a permit for it, so I called them and they got the permit within hours which is great, but then it didn't pass inspection, I've got a strict deadline to get my remodeling done and its put a kink in our plans, seems kind of shady they didn't pull a permit right away.
