The workers were very accommodating and addressed all my concerns and questions. The project only took 4 hours to complete. The work was done on the same day the quote was given.

This company is outstanding for service, quality and promptness! I reached out to three fence companies for quotes on replacing my wood fence and gate. Madrid responded immediately and within the next day sent a representative to look at the proposed project for a price quote. I received the quote that evening and the work was completed within 2 days later. I asked that my fence be completed in one day and it was ! The owner came with the workers to begin the job and checked on their progress throughout the day. This is a very responsible and professional company . The owner even put in the contract for services that the work would be done within a day. If youâ re looking for a great fence company, call Madrid!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was done rapidly and efficiently, it was a pleasure to work with Bernice. She and her team are prompt and had our old fence neatly removed and the new fence up in less than a day. Cost of fence was very reasonable and honest. The only surprise here was how smoothly everything went, and how quickly this project was completed. Very happy with Madrid Fencing and highly recommend. Bernice understood the urgency of my fence repair. Due to severe storms, a portion of my fence fell down. Both myself and my neighbor have dogs, and she was gracious enough to fit me in their schedule on a holiday weekend! Juan came promptly, helped me assess the repairs I could afford, and reinforced areas that will help me extend the life of the fence until I could save the money for a complete replacement. That type of customer service is above and beyond. They understood that times are tough-- and still delivered stellar service work. Thank you!

Bernice was a joy to work with. She handled the phone call and came the next day to walk the property and give me an estimate for trimming trees broken from the ice storm. The man with her took care of cutting down a couple of small trees and pruning several others. I am grateful that they were available and did fabulous work.

Bernice Is the best! Response to my request for service was quick, I was scheduled for service the next day, cost was exceptional, much better than 2 other quotes I received. She was very willing to work with what I wanted. Didnâ t try to upsell me like the other companies. The work was great!
