It went great. Kent and his crew did an excellent job. They were obviously very experienced, handled everything with the utmost skill and professionalism, and we could not have been more satisfied. They provided the type of service you wish you could have from every provider. Not to mention that Kent is not only knowledgeable, but also fun, personable, easy to work with, has integrity, and is just a great guy. This is a family owned, honest and reputable company that has the experience and know-how to get your roofing job done right.

My roof began leaking with the heavy rains about 2 weeks ago. I called Kent and he came out, crawled up on the roof and together we determined where the leak was occuring. He was out just 3 days later, got the leak fixed, removed some unused vents and chimineys on the roof while he was at it, and reshingled the affected area. It looks great, and stayed dry with a heavy rain this last weekend. Kent is easy to work with, arrived on time on the appointed day, left the area clean and locked up behind himself. I would use his services again.

Kent has been in the business 34 years. All of his business comes from referrals from his previous customers. I was fortunate to hear of him about 10 years ago when I needed to put a new roof on my house that was built in 1971. I requested solar tube sun lights throughout the house. Unfortunately, there were very limited locations where these sun lights could be placed due to the irregular spacing of the rafters, etc. Kent patiently explained why he couldn't place the sun lights exactly where I wanted them and then helped me to select locations that would work. He was very patient in explaining all aspects of his work and answered my questions in enough detail that I knew exactly what he was doing at all times and why he was doing it. This year when I needed to replace the roof on a second property I want to sell, I remembered how pleased I was with Kent and I was able to look him up. I couldn't imagine using anyone else! Kent explained to me what was needed for my new roof and he started and finished my job on time and on budget. I believe the quality of Kent's work will make my house more attractive to prospective buyers and will ensure that the price I get for my property more than makes up for what I spent on the roof. Both times I have used Kent's services, he and his crew have been meticulous about cleaning up their job site. I have not found so much as a scrap of paper in my yard after they have completed their work. Even while they are removing the old roof they go the extra mile to ensure that all old materials are contained and disposed of neatly. I will never use another roofing contractor! There are people out there that might charge less, and there are people out there that might charge more, but Kent's prices are fair and you just will not find better quality. His goal is 100% customer satisfaction and he will do whatever it takes to ensure you are 100% satisfied before he will take any money from you. You don't pay him anything until he's finished the work and you agree that your new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend him!
