+ -1 moreThe job went as good as well as it could considering Dale Cook had to repair someone elses failed design. It required unearthing the problems and fixing it.
Description of Work: I had a 7 year old septic system which the first leach field/chamber collapsed and caused my septic to back up. Dale Cook was NOT the original installer. Dale initially fixed and repaired the outlet piping going to the first leach field. The septic tank settled to one side resulting in the outlet tube/pipe to tip up. We had hoped that it would have resolved the problem, but it didn't. He then brainstormed a cost effective solution which was accepted by the County inspector. Dale changed 3 chamber configuration from serial to parallel. This required additional excavation and installing T's and additonal piping. I'm confident that it will work. Unlike the person who originally installed the system, Dale Cook was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and brainstormed the best solution to fix the problem. His price was a pinch high but well worth it.
