+ 1 moreWe worked with Javier to coordinate all activities. CJ was recommended by a realtor friend who new CJ from the work they did for an investor group who refurbished homes. So, they know how to work on a tight schedule and how to adhere to a budget. There were no surprises. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away any debris. We couldn't have been happier with Javier and his crew.
Description of Work: Brought a 1157 sq ft 1980's condo into the 21st century in preparation for putting it on the market. The services provided were: Scraping "popcorn" texture from all ceilings, repairing sheetrock as necessary and applying a light "orange peel" fininsh Removing baseboard and replacing with new after all flooring was in place Priming as needed and repainting the whole space Removing ceramic tile and installing furnished travertine Re-facing fireplace with furnished travertine Replacing toilets Painting and refacing kitchen and bathroom cabinets with supplied drawers and doors Installing a provided ceiling fan Installing bi-fold closet doors Installing carpet on stairs to garage Repairing exterior door frame
