We worked with Javier to coordinate all activities. CJ was recommended by a realtor friend who new CJ from the work they did for an investor group who refurbished homes. So, they know how to work on a tight schedule and how to adhere to a budget. There were no surprises. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away any debris. We couldn't have been happier with Javier and his crew.
