Called 3PM 11/10 made appointment for 10AM 11/11. Next day Kirby was there on time and called right before he was to show up. Went right to work & was done in about an hour & fifteen. He replaced both springs, lubricated & adjusted the door mechanism & guides, adjusted the opener & repeatedly adjusted the spring tension until they were right. Door now works well. Thanks.
BTW I've been using this guy for decades. The best one was when my garage door fell apart winter 2000. I was in Europe at the time and arranged for Armadillo Overhead Door to do the repair through my house sitters. The new door he installed was done expertly and the charges were quite reasonable. Also that was the last time I needed any garage door service until now. Kirby is my garage door guy & my first call.
