I no longer live in Del Rio, but I have a rental house in Del Rio. My renter called and said there was a leak in one of the bedroom ceilings near the A/C. I used Service Now because of an Angie's List review, and they promptly returned my call and scheduled service or the same day. The technician called me after his assessment and clearly laid out the options for repair - it turned out to be a clogged drain line.  They offered different levels of service (Silver/Gold/Platinum or something like that), and he explained the difference without a huge amount of sales pressure.  I opted for the lowest level of service, and I guess it worked out OK - my renter says there's no more leak. The prices weren't cheap by any standard, but not outrageous either; I would say the high side of fair.

It was great. Everything about them is always good. They are just really professional when you call and talk to them. They took everything exactly like we wanted. They showed up on time and they just did the job we wanted. Don't hesitate to call them. They will take care of you no matter what. They've done everything we ever wanted since we bought this lake house so it's been good.

Though I needed a new compressor, all it was a valve sticking. Cleaned my unit, the coils inside and outside. Replaced the filter and replace the sticking valve. They got it unstuck but recommended to get a new one since it may start sticking again. Put shoe covers on each time they entered the house to keep the carpet clean. Cleaned up their mess and explained everything to me so I would know what is happening. They did not have any double A batteries on the truck for my "Smart Thermostat". But returned the next day to re-program my unit for no additional charge. Had a follow up call on the phone in a few days to make sure all was OK and I was happy. Best service I ever had at Del Rio.

The air condition broke down in one of the hottest months of the year. The representative came by to examine the unit. My current unit was installed by the same company 20 years ago. The rep said they could fix the outside unit, but couldn't gaurantee that it would keep working for more than another year or two. The fix would cost me around $900.00. He offered a new system that would same me electricity and would be under a 10 year warranty. Plus, I could get a tax break of $1500. I opted to replace the unit. When it came to installing the unit, they were professional and punctual as always. I have been dealing with them for years and they never disappoint. The rep didn't exagerate about the electrical savings either. Last summer was extremely hot and my light bill never went over the $200 range. They aren't the cheapest (the system cost me $10,000), but they seems to be the most reliable in town.

I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.
