 + -1 moreAfter paying Mr. Marin $4000, we called him, went by his place of business, and kept asking when the work would be done--to no avail. We paid him the money in August of 2008, and he has yet to start the work or refund our money. We are taking him to small claims court in September (2009). I do not recommend using Mr. Marin unless you pay upon completion of the project.
Description of Work: We paid a $4000 deposit on work to be performed, including replacement of windows and construction of built-in cabinets. The work was never performed, and Mr. Marin would not return our phone calls.
