ZERO STARS...CAUTION...POTENTIAL SCAM Trepalm and it's ower- Will lack integrity and accountability. I entered into an agreement to have a custom built-in shelving unit installed in my home office. I paid the down-payment to secure a project start date and cover expenses for material. On the evening leading up to day 1 of the project, I was told my project was being pushed back a day due to assisting a returning customer with an emergency repair. The day came for Trepalm to start the project, and they were a no call no show. Upon reaching out to Will, he informed me that his truck broke down and was in the shop. Again, my project was pushed back. The day came for them to start on my project for a third time; no call no show. I reached out to will again, and yet, another excuse. Upon requesting the refund of my deposit, Will told me he didn't have the money. I gave until 5:00 p.m. on a Friday to refund my deposit. I have yet to receive my funds or a call from Will.

Iâ ve hired Will more times than I can count for any number of projects, including drywall and paint work. Will and his team work fast, efficiently and carefully. He repainted the interior of one townhouse and the porch/trim of another. We were very pleased with his work and his customer service. He is very responsive, friendly and helpful. His prices are good, and he has a lot of experience that heâ s willing to share with his customers. I have also used Will and his team for plumbing, window replacement, electrical work, demolition and remodeling. He really does it all! Donâ t hesitate to call Will!

Will is an amazing contractor and wonderful person. We have used him for multiple projects â big & small â and are always glad that we called him. He can do everything - plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, finish work, you name it. Will is very responsive and always willing to help out. He has been incredible over the years in coming to our aid in emergency situations - leaking roofs, flooded basements, clogged plumbing. His prices are very reasonable, heâ s great about explaining the available options, and he does good work. Heâ s completely redone not only a basement, but bathrooms, kitchens and more for us. We trust Will and recommend him unconditionally.

Will and his team are amazing! He is timely, dedicated, trustworthy and reliable. Iâ ve utilized his services for a bathroom remodel, electric installations in my home, fencing, you name it. Will is my first call for any home repair or install. Canâ t possibly give a stronger recommendation.

EXCELLENT work

I hired Evergreen contracting service. Dave was on time and did the work of replacing my kitchen cBinet base. It took about an hour and he charged $275.00 which I felt was a lot, all he did was cut plywood and put it on top of cabinet shelf. He did not paint it. Stephanie Johnson

He showed up exactly on time, analyzed my problem, and eliminated the problem very expert manner. He also described what he was doing and how it would resolve my problem. The door has been re hung and works perfectly.

They tried several different products to patch my ceiling it was a very long process. But they always cleaned up completely and protected all of my belongings. They did an excellent job fixing my door jam
