Amazing! Very reasonable price, punctual and could not believe how well they cleaned up. Would absolutely use again if needed.

Hans and his crew came on time and cleared anything that was in the way of the machinery they used. They worked well as a team and cut the tree down to the ground in less than 5 hours. Also they ground a stump that had a metal pole stuck in it.

I did not get to meet Hans and his crew ( they completed the work in less time quoted) but my wife appreciated the kindness and they did an outstanding job! Highly recommend!

Hans was able to get his crew on this project two days early. It took them about 3.5 hours to complete the removal and then they did a great job cleaning up the yard afterward.

The crew was punctual, courteous, and professional. The work performed was exactly as discussed. The most satisfying was how the crew took great care in removing the trunks and stumps since all the trees were in landscaped areas.

They were the first to respond to my request for a quote. The quote was very reasonable, given past experiences with tree trimming/removal. They came by, looked at the two trees to be removed (one large, dead pine tree and another small ligustrum by a fence) and a large oak to be trimmed. He gave me a quote, I accepted it and he came back in a couple of days and they removed the large pine (took a while) and ground the stump; cut the ligustrum down and trimmed the oak. Very professional and competent job. Will see them back in the future.

They arrived early and did a good job. They cleaned up. I was pleased with the job and would hire again.

It went very well. I've used this company two or three times. I think they do a good job at a good price. I recommended them to a friend, who was also very pleased with the job they did trimming her front-yard live oak tree.

Work was good but not what we verbally agreed to a week or two before the actual work began. I suggest getting your work in writing and not relying on memories of yourself and the superintendent that quotes the work. The crew did not want to trim as far up as we originally agreed, and the superintendent obviously didn’t remember his description of how they would trim the remaining trees. I couldn’t be there and wasn’t going to put my wife in the situation to argue about it so we just let it go. I’m not suggesting anyone to not use this company. I just recommend getting your agreement in writing, including the cost.

This is the second time I have used SE Tree. They are consistently reliable and experienced at what they do. They were prompt to answer my initial call, and completed the work quickly and professionally. They came to the job with all the necessary equipment, did a lot of stump grinding, and cleaned up well when they were finished. Their communication with me was very good, explaining and discussing what needed to be done. I would definitely hire them again!

The Guys name is Ross, who is directing everything, he is a good guy, & they did an excellent work; they provide a good price too; I wanted for my tree to look good, and so they trimmed between branches and they did a wonderful job & made the tree look good, it looked beautiful. They cleaned up after their work. I think he could be an arborist, because he know what he was doing. I am very happy & I highly recommend this company.

Excellent, very professional and cleaned up very well

Excellent service. Very professional. Hans and his crew showed up on time, trimmed 2 trees and removed a 50ft. oak tree with a six foot diameter base in a small backyard with a patio cover and workshop. They also ground the stump to ground level as requested. The job was completed over a 2 day period. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work. They cleaned the yard when finished. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the job and would not hesitant to hire them again.

Went very well they came on time. They were able to finish within four hours and cleaned up all the cut offs.

I called Southeast Tree on Sunday evening and Hans not only returned my call Monday morning, but came over to assess the work to be done while his crew was working another job. In addition to removing the the two trees I knew I wanted removed, Hans recommended removing a dying wax myrtle, trimming a live oak tree, and trimming two pine trees. He came back in the afternoon with his crew and completed all the work within two or three hours, including removal of all debris from my roof and yard.

All went very well except the one exposed cable (internet) that I warned them about was actually compromised and I did not have internet service. That said, after tracing the cable down, I am still not sure how it actually provided internet service. However, the owner, Hans, came back out, offered reparations and in hindsight, when Comcast came out to re-establish service, they did so and placed the service in a better location than the previous installation. While it cost me a weekend without the internet via home wireless, the fact that the owner made it right and wanted me to follow up - I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They removed the big limbs and thinned out the trees in about 4 hours. They cleaned up and removed all the limbs. One of the best trimming jobs I have had for these trees. Communication could have been a little better but their work was excellent and I will use them again in a couple of years. I had to reschedule my original appointment due the unexpected work they were doing as a result of a tornado in a nearby town. I am glad I waited.

The tree had to be removed in pieces, they were very careful about not damaging any surrounding trees. They were in and out in about 2 hours. Cleaned up the area. I was well pleased with their work.

Hans was terrific. Very responsive on the phone and when he came out for an estimate. I asked a lot of questions about potential solutions and he made many recommendations. We agreed on a price, he arrived with his crew on time. Was flexible to real-time adjustments to the plan, did a great job removing the large trees without damaging fences, rock walls, other plants, sidewalks, etc. Even recommended against removing a magnolia. Ground out the stumps and even trimmed up a few overgrown shrubs. Did not damage any sprinkler system heads or pipes. Hauled/chipped everything, left the yard in pristine condition. He and his crew were great from start to finish. Highly recommend his service.

Han's crew came at 7:30 AM and worked constantly until 9:30. They did a lot in those two hours. While some of the crew cut down the River Birch and eight smaller trees others were removing the cut limbs. The stump is now almost gone.Their chipper truck was full. Since I had used Southeast Tree service before I knew Hans and his crew would do a great job. They even trimmed our Oak tree.

From the very first minute until the very last, these guys were nothing but nice, courteous, kind and professional. Hans came out to the house several days prior to the day of service to see the trees and give me a price. When they showed up today, each one of the guys introduced themselves. They worked very hard in this Texas heat. They did an awesome job and I'd recommend them to everyone! I had called two other tree trimming services this past month, neither of whom bothered to actually show up the day of service. Thank you Hans & crew! Awesome job!!
