Description of Work: Install GFCI, upgrade electrical service, add electrical wiring for install of outdoor hot tub and outdoor kitchen; install new electrical panel

Description of Work: The service was performed approximately the second week of April. Despite two phone calls, there hasn't been a response to remedy. | |(1) Change out all outlets and switches; | |(1a) living room double-switch controlling porch and inside lamp were switched to function opposite of their original configuration; | |(1b) after outlet was changed controlling power to our desktop computer, I plugged it back in and something happened causing the CPU to fry. I had to take CPU for service. (RA Weaver said they would reimburse for the CPU repair. No refund to date.) Fortunately it was the power supply only. The hard drive and all data remained ok. Also, prior to their arrival, I had installed all new CFL bulbs (which aren't cheap) in recessed lights along the same wall. All CFL bulbs were zapped and I had to spend more money to replace the CFL bulbs. | |(2) Drop new line for dishwasher; |(2a) Electrician wanted to run a conduit pipe from the outside box along the outside of my home and then down the side to the location of the dishwasher! Pipes running along the exterior of my home!!! | |(2b) I told the electrician that the line was to be dropped from attic to dishwasher. The electrician gave me attitude and then mumbled "I guess I have to go into the attic." | |(3) Investigate light fixture in bathroom to determine why right side of fixture doesn't light. | |(3a) The electrician broke my light fixture. I really liked my fixture and couldn't find another like it. | |(3b) I had to purchase another light fixture. RA Weaver said they would reimburse me for the cost of another light fixture and install it for free. I have called twice to schedule the installation with no response. | |Electrician crew pee-ed on my toilet seat twice!! Twice!! They didn't even lift the seat. They pee-ed on my toilet seat!! So disgusting. I was shocked and cleaned it both times. After the second time I approached electrician and he said he wouldn't do it again. | |Also, twice while walking by the bathroom they had pooped! Yep. Twice again! They are disgusting! | |After sending an email detailing the above, RA Weaver stated they would waived all costs and reimburse me for the CPU and light fixture. I was going to give them a 'D' just because the manager at RA Weaver waived the fee and promised to reimburse me for the CPU and light fixture and to send a different crew to install the new bathroom fixture and troubleshoot the wall with the electrical surge. However, I give them an 'F' since they have not reimbursed for the light fixture, nor the CPU damage. Nor have they responded to my two phone calls to schedule the installation of the new light fixture and to troubleshoot the surge. | |I still can't get over peeing on my toilet seat!!! and pooping in my home!!!! | |I chose RA Weaver because they advertised in my church's bulletin. I am reporting my experience to the church.
