We are a residential and commercial electrical service and repair company offering service 24 hours per day 7 days per week with never an overtime charge. The business is a licensed contractor in the State of Texas (25884) and is owned and operated by a licensed Master Electrician (39119). Our Service Professionals are all uniformed, licensed, drug tested, and background checked. We offer free estimates. However, we do charge a diagnostic fee for troubleshooting that applies to the cost of repair. We arrive ontime and offer upfront flat rate pricing - no hourly rates and no surprises.

My husband accompanied Mr. Piatt outside where he conducted a thorough examination of our fuse box and other exterior electrical connections. He was very quick to determine that the source of our outage was due to either water soaked, underground wiring or the transformer. Final diagnosis of our electrical problem would lie in the hands of CenterPoint Energy, and Mr. Piatt contacted them for us before leaving our home. CenterPoint Energy arrived about an hour later, diagnosed a problem with our transformer, and proceeded to complete the repair. Mr. Piatt presented himself as extremely knowledgeable and professional. Although we do not require repair of our underground wiring, we will have NRG return to replace four ceiling fans in our home. Outstanding service!!!
