Everything was great! Neil and his team were very helpful, efficient and caring. We aew very lucky to have found such a good company like this. There are not many of them out there. As for anyone it is not easy spending $3,500.00 unexpectedly. We priced around the area and he gave us the best rate and we have had our new system for over 3 months now and it is working fantastic. We have also noticed our electric bill has reduced. They are very personable and informative when it comes to asking questions. Thank you Master Refrigeration!

The Master Refrigeration technician performed tests on the systems, explained how each component contributes to the function of the system, identified defective components, and discussed options.  He then gave advice on risks of maintaining older systems vs. replacement, how to operate the systems for economic efficiency as well as maximizing remaining life, and explained filter selection pros and cons.  He accurately gauged my appetite for information and took the time to answer questions to my satisfaction. 
In the end, I decided to continue to maintain and repair the existing systems.  The repair was made the same day, including addition of refrigerant to both systems, replacement of one component , and post-repair testing to ensure proper performance.
I prefer an independent local provider to a larger business.  Master Refrigeration is off to a great start with me.

They were here on time when they said they would!!
They were very courteous and professional. They came inside the house and checked my main unit and then cleaned it.
Then they went outside and worked on the compressor. They checked the freon pressure and inspected all electrical and
dyer unit. They then cleaned the outside unit washing out all the debris and cleaned the coils. Best 59.00 I ever spent!
I will recommend them to all my friends!!
