"We responded every time you called. The first time you had a tree limb get stuck in your turbins, that was a homeowners maintenance issue, I repaired it free of charge. The next one was also a maintenance issue, the tree over hanging your roof drops small berries that build up around your roof vents, we adjusted the vent to help stop that problem and it has worked. Both times we did the work free of charge. If you have another problem we will inspect your roof, if it is a warranty problem I will repair at no cost to you."
