 + 13 moreWell the project started in June and the original agreement was for it to be finished by end of August. It is now Mid-October and the project is not finished. Owner of the company who also oversees all site operations has been telling lies from the get go. All areas have been started and none are half finished. We have not been able to cook because the kitchen is not finished. We sleep in the living room because the master bed room is not completed. 4 people have been sharing one bath since the project commenced. The workers are always complaining that they do not have the material to do the work. They never show up because they have other jobs. John the supervisor/owner/whatever does not return phone calls or show up when he says. The workers do work hard when they are here. It is solely not their fault. They can only perform as good as their supervisor prepares them to be.
Description of Work: Kitchen: ceramic tile on floor. New paint. Crown molding. Add gas line to kitchen for stove. Recess lighting. Custom pantry. Granite countertops. New sink. Adjusting some cabinets. Living room: convert dining room into more living room space. Add custom shelving surround front window and add custom computer niche. Recess lighting in family room. Hardwood floors in living room. Custom mantle with marble tile around fire place. Custom paint and crown molding. Add new light switches to control recess lights. Doggy door was added. Remove sliding glass door and replace with French doors. Round all sheetrock corners. Hall bath: custom tile surrounding bath tub. Add light in tub/bath combo area. Add exhaust fan. Add ceramic tile to floor. Master bedroom: Crown molding and new paint. Master bath: custom shower with custom tile. Ceramic tile on bath floor. New paint and crown molding. General work: new texture on all walls. Added new 6 panel doors.
