Sam (owner) gave me assurance of good work in which he recovered special pictures & information that I had deleted by accident during the preparation to roll the laptop to him for re-formatting. He installed a full version of Windows 7 operation system, replacing the upgraded Vista operating system and re-installed Microsoft office 2003 with 2007 as I had no longer had the 2003 disc. All this at a VERY FAIR price and extremely fast turnover.... FAR EXCEEDING 'BEST BUY' or 'FRY's"..... regarding all mentioned points. I was very, very pleased as well as my wife....... Went over and beyond what other places would do with out charging and 'arm & leg and one kidney' if you know what I mean....And offers very good donuts... lol.... really good ! I highly recommend Sam for computer repair and Donuts ! . lol
