THE WORK SEEMED TO BE FINE WHEN THEY FIRST INSTALLED THE DOOR, BUT AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS IT STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS AGAIN. THEY CAME OUT TO 'FIX' IT ONLY FOR IT TO CONTINUE TO HAVE PROBLEMS. THEN AFTER SEVERAL TIMES OF TRYING TO GET THEM OUT AGAIN, BECAUSE IT TOTALLY BROKE. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY RECORD OF MY TRANSACTION AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A SERVICE FEE FOR SOMEONE TO COME BACK OUT. I CALLED A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND HAVEN'T HAD ONE SINGLE PROBLEM FOR MONTHS NOW.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ON WEEKEND. SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. REMOVED ALL THE OLD DOOR COMPONENTS, DID NOT LEAVE FOR THEM TRASH PICKUP.
