Deer Park Automotive is the definition of good customer service.  Was a Saturday when I noticed problem with breaks.  Called around to larger franchise companies because my usual mechanic is now closed on Saturdays.  Was provided quotes based on what I told them I was noticing with my vehicle of $800 - $1200.  Decided to take a chance on Deer Park Automotive based on reviews I had read in Angie's List.  
Took vehicle in first thing Monday morning.  Told them what was wrong.  They provided me with an estimate that was significantly less than the franchise companies had on the previous Saturday.  Told me they would take a look and give me a call before doing any repairs.
I received a call approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour later.  Needed to replace all 4 breaks and machine the rear rotars.  Was told it would cost $288.  When I showed up to pick up my Pilot I was expecting to have to pay around $350 because when i got there because of tax and other misc. expenses. NOPE! Got there and paid $288.
Service was outstanding.  Vehicle was ready  in a timely manner. Staff was very professional and courteous.  Will recommend DPA to anyone who needs any kind of sevice done on their vehicle.  Outstanding experience which, with todays poor customer service being so prevalent was a very nice surprise.

Paul does work for me at half the price at what others would charge me. The same services I just got were going to cost me $1,200 with the Toyota dealership. He's a super good guy and very personable. They are top notch. Their responsiveness was spot-on. They gave me a time and did it and the car was actually ready for pick-up earlier than they told me it would be.

This company is always reliable, professional and prices are ALAWYS in line or a little better than other quotes I have gotten.
They will not do work that does not need to be done.
They do not work on Saturday and Sunday as they are a christian family run business and spend the weekend with their family.

I've used Deer Park Automotive for years. They are professional all the way around, in the pricing, and they so far have not missed any of the repair work. They actually came to pick my grandmother up and dropped her off. Then came and got her again and took her back home.

I was on a tight scheduel on my lunch break and walked in. They gave me attention to help me as soon as possible. I was in and out of their shop within 15 min. They told me what the problem was and i was happy to hear it from them.

The experience went really well. They were very helpful, friendly and have reasonable price for a really good service and we've talk to a lot of people who say the same thing. We were really impressed with everything, their timeliness, prices, information and communication, it's exactly what is was and exactly what the price is going to be.

Great! I had been loosing coolant for about a year, but not enough to see where it was coming from. They pressure tested the system and found a small leak in the water pump.They replaced the water pump and problem solved.

Deer Park Automotive provided automotive services on my 2002 Toyota Highlander, the details of the service was changing the Valve Cover Gaskets, rear brakes, Oil Change, Replaced the spark plugs, and oxygen sensor.

Paul is very professional and cares about his customers, he makes sure that you are provided with every detail about the repair his team is going to make before the repair takes place. He worked on my care until it was fixed before the weekend. This is the second time I used Deer Park Automotive and the second time was most impressive than the first. His prices are very competitive, but most importantly I feel comfortable with the work they perform.
