THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY METICULOUS IN SEEING THAT WE WERE SATISFIED AS CUSTOMERS. THEY WERE WILLING TO DO EXTRA WORK ON A 'AS NEEDED' BASIS.
