The person that was supposed to come do it, we were guaranteed that he spoke english and everything, and the people that came out did not speak english. We could not talk with them. They did not do what they were supposed to. I had to go to Lowe's and lost my temper with them to get them to fix, and I actually took pictures of everything and took into Lowe's. It was a big thing. They ended up fixing it to where it is livable. Its not what I wanted, but it's livable. The main thing was that they gave instructions to the people that laid the stuff, and because they didn't speak english I couldn't say no don't do it. They went ahead and did it. They were supposed to take up the baseboards, I paid to have the baseboards removed, then the flooring put down and the baseboards put down over it and they cut every thing 1/4 inch before the baseboards and I had to go buy quarter round type stuff to go down over it, which I did not want, and that was an extra cost. The guy that came in to do the finishing put that down. I was going to put some special stuff around and he put chair railing around the base boards and cut it square instead of put anything at an angle. So I had holes at the corners, and nothing fit. It wasn't baseboards that he put down, it was chair railing. It was sad. They came back and fixed most of it. I would say get everything in writing on what their going to do exactly. Insist on the people coming out to do it to be somebody you can understand or send them back. Do not let them do the work unless you can understand them. They could have listened to me when I first tried to tell them what I wanted. The department manager was very belligerent. The store manager was better, got the people back out her to fix things. Some of their employees in management were not helpful.
