The owner promised me same day service when I called and did not disappoint, the repairman called before he arrived and because he was local, had no problem finding our home. Given that we live in a rural area with minimal signage that is a novelty for us! He completed the disconnect and replacement of our oven's heating element in less than 10 minutes, scooped up the wrapping/garbage from the new element (I'd ordered the part a couple weeks earlier) and took it with him to dispose of it for us. There was also a follow up phone call the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. They are now going to be my go-to electricians!
