hardwood floor
+ -1 morewe came home to a flooded house one evening after work. aspen was prompt to arrive... they clean our carpets so we called them. they did a fantastic job drying out the house, completed all the demo, worked with my insurance claim and completed all the reconstruction work. Aspen replaced my floors which still look immaculate. my house looks better now then it did before the flood!!!
Description of Work: flood on bottom from of my house, replacement on all kitchen cabinets, wood floors and wood inlaid slate flooring

carpet cleaners, ceramic tile, air duct cleaning
+ 1 moreI have used Aspen for years. They are amazing! The staff and the service is top notch. I ONLY trust them to take care of all my flooring!!! I started using them about 10 years ago to repair my original hardwood flooring in my living room after a painting company I hired ruined my floors. With Aspen doing such a great job I have used them every since. They do just about everything in home maintenance and cleaning. This visit was to clean my air ducts and my dryer vent. My grandchildren have such bad allergies and I live out in the country so I do this once a year or so with Aspen. It makes a big difference! I also got my carpets and tile cleaned this visit. No one does a better job! Jeff talked to me about sealing the tile a few visits back and it has made it so much easier to sweep and mop my floors. I seriously think my floors look newer too. When they offer it to you it is worth it! I wish I would have started the sealing on my bathroom grout sooner so it would look like my kitchen. The grout does not seem to soak up all the stuff spilled on it. Its kind of like carpet protector but for tile which is really neat. I highly highly recommend and trust Aspen, so much that I do not even have to be at my house when they come clean. They are a real asset to my community and I am glad they are here.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED THAT WE HAD ASPEN AIRE COME AND RESTORE THE CARPETS THAT HAD BEEN SOILED AND SPOTTED FROM EVERY DAY USE. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALL. THEY RESPONDED IN PERSON RAPIDLY BEFORE WE HAD TO USE THE BUILDING. THEY EVAPORATED THE WATER, SET UP FANS TO DRY AND TREATED THE CARPET WITH CHEMICALS TO RETARD MILDEW AND ODOR.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAK IN OUR BUILDING ON THE MAIN ROOM. IT WAS SEVERAL LARGE AREAS THAT HAD PUDDLED BECAUSE OF A RECENT RAIN.
