 + -1 moreDid not deliver what I odered and didn't offer to "make it right". Blamed the funeral home for the mix-up. I got no response for the owner of the florist.
Description of Work: Ordered flowers for a funeral. The arrangement I ordered was white lillies. On the morning of the funeral I recieved a call stating that due to weather, they didn't have lillies and asked if it would be alright to substitute whites roses and white carnations. I agreed. When I got to the service, there were no white roses anywhere and my card was in an arrangement of daisies. When I called to ask about it I was told that the card was mixed up and the funeral home just didnt' get the arrangement to the gravesite. There was no offer to try to track it down, which leads me to think they sent the less expensive flowers thinking I wouldn't find out. I sent the owner a note after not getting anywhere with the employee and never got a response. I woiuld never call them again.
