I wanted to replace the aged HVAC units and technology in my older home with something newer and state of the art (within my financial means). Mark came out to bid the job and upon meeting with him I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, communication, and his customer service. I was provided with an estimate with several tiers of equipment based on efficiency and the costs of each as well as an outline of the work to be done. I was never pressured to rush to a decision and was actually encouraged to research the equipment being offered and ask as many follow questions as I needed. Mark was very kind to talk with me, email and even text to ensure that all questions/concerns I had were addressed properly and professionally. After having several additional companies bid the job it was very clear to see that A ARY Co. was not only very competitive in pricing but they flat out beat some of the other bids while offering top of the line equipment where others were not. After accepting their bid for the work they were very flexible on scheduling even in light of it being a 2.5 day job. When it came time for the installation Mark, John, and the team were rock-stars. They designed new zones for my home, ran new/needed returns for one of the units and took time to discuss every detail with me leaving no stone unturned. During the install it took seconds for me to see that these guys are real pro's and their team is very upbeat, happy and genuinely great to work with. Turns out I needed some additional breakers and wire ran to support the new systems and they had an electrician who was luckily able to come out with less than 24 hours notice to correct it. This gentlemen was also very professional and the work he did at the price it was done was incredible. Mark and team completed the work as scheduled, completely cleaned up any and all trace of being there (including taking the old equipment), and have been in touch with me since ensuring that the systems are meeting our expectations. Mark has gone out of his way too to communicate that they will return to add any new ducts/vents, or go over anything that we have questions or needs over so that we can enjoy the installed systems and get the most out of our investment. They also offer their customers filters at a price that's better than the big box stores and in bulk which further increases the value that they provide. Mark and John take a lot of pride in their company which was started by their father and it shows. In keeping with their late fathers vision I believe that they provide their customers with the highest level of quality in their work, products, professionalism while at a level of affordability that few (if any) can match. John Paul Ary came to my house and gave my an informative assessment and bid on new AC/Heat system.  Help me to make wise decisions on what product to choose and to add a return.   Had a Rheem rebate ($800) available which took the price down to $6,400 when I receive it.   I had three estimates from different companies and he won out due to great price, Brand familiarity, and sensible answer to all questions.

Since my current AC was limping in this 103 heat, he book the work promplly.  Work day: arrived on time.  Willingly made all adjustments and corrections I asked for (move the furnace so that we can get up/down attic stairs, etc).  They worked here from 8:30 to about 2pm and it was done. Clean up all. 

Will return w/ rebate in 10 days from Rheem.
