Sonia and her team are all super sweet people. If I ever have an issue with the way my house was cleaned, I communicate it directly to Sonia and she addresses it. I've used Sonia for other projects around the house as well and have been happy with her and her team.

In The Excell Contractors really came through last minute for us. Our painters fell through at the last minute and since In The Excell had done the cleaning and prep, we asked if they could do the rest. They did a fantastic job and went over and above to fit our project into their schedule. We are continuing to use them and are consistently happy with their work. ------------------------------------------ They came and gave us a fair price for the work done, they were prompt and ready to work immediately. The level of service and the dedication to their task make them the perfect addition to anyone's home. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them come to our home every other week .

The price seemed fair for what I was told would be done. But I noticed later that much of what I was told they'd clean was left untouched. They didn't clean any windows. They didn't vaccuum, they only swept. There were still dust balls behind the doors. They did not dust anything above eye-level; so there was still visible dust on the crown molding and trim throughout the house. And, worst of all, they mopped my hardwood floors and tile with dirty water, so once it dried there was a dull film throughout the entire house. When I tried to get them to do more, they didn't seem to understand English. So, I just gave up and let them leave.

Although they were late to start on the first day, they did call to explain that traffic was delaying them. I appeciated the call and once they got here, they were very thorough and efficient. I was extremely pleased and have since hired them on a regular basis. I would recommend them to others.

Decent job with cleaning. Left some baseboards and cupboards unclean, but overall a B-.

They did a good thourough clean and their prices were fair. My only complaint was on getting started. They were 2 hours late from the initial time they said they would be there.

Maria and her staff are very thorough. They did an excellent job on my home. They exceeded my expectations. She and her staff were also very courteous.

I was very pleased with Sonia Maria's work! She promised me the "awe effect". That means I will enter my home and will be in awe after she finished. I give her 5 stars. My only concern is the charge. I've been told I can probably get my apartment cleaned for less.
