Roofing
It was and is an awful experience to pay someone so much money and not get what they promised and what was paid for. If the job was done during the rainy season, I would have known before I paid in full.
Mr Palmore was punctual enough. The first thing was my husband caught them using 15 # felt when the warranty and the contract specified 30#. They used the 15 doubled????? Summer is dry so it wasn't until the fall rains began that we found out it leaked around the chimney. I called, and called, and called, left messages and got no response. It rolled around and in March I wrote a letter and sent it certified mail. Then I still had to call. Finally he showed and had his guy pucky around the chimney. It didn't work. I left for Kuwait and it was summer again before I got back. I gave up. He was non responsive and and I was wore down from trying to get him to do the job correctly. I am now paying someone else to flash around the chimney. The rot from the leak is extensive and next is finding someone to fix that.
