Very puntial, were there when they said they would be. They provided and installed new pvc pipe down the well shaft, connected the new pump and tied into my water tank. adjusted pressure settings and flushed the system.  I'm very pleased with their service, they were very knowledgeable, I would use them again without question.

Everything went well - I had signed a contract with another company - but after being put off for over 4 months, I called Robbie and I liked the fact that he did it all turnkey - one price including the electricity and the tie into the current sprinkler system.

Everything went well. The only thing I have to say is that he is not very personable on the phone. But, He and his crew did a great job installing my sand filter and responded quickly when I had an issue afterwards with sand. They made adjustments to the filter and it's been running great ever since.
Though they didn't tell me when they arrived or left on my property. They got the job done and I've been enjoying the cleaner water ever since.

I called to have my pump checked because it was spraying water into the air. Although he was a bit abrupt on the phone, he agreed to come out the next day and fix the problem. In person, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how my system works, since I inherited the well from the previous owner and did not know much about it. He checked the system, repaired a pipe that had a hairline crack and tested it to make sure it was working properly. A very good and thorough job from a nice man.

I thought it was amazing; I've never watched one being drilled. They drilled it and the next day they disassembled the old well and reconnected to our electricity lines. They did an excellent job. They put it close to where the other well was and they took all the old well parts away and cleaned the pipes. Our water is colder, we have more pressure, and it's better water. I've had this priced before and it was more than this. Now we have a pump that's underground that doesn't need the maintenance the other one did. We had to wait until it didn't rain so, considering the weather, the punctuality was fine. They will come back and fix anything if we need them to.

On Thur. May 19, I noticed my water well was still running after two hours of leaving the house, usually the fill cycle takes no more than 20 minutes. I called R and D Water Wells and the Owner Robbie answered . He explained the possible causes and gave me a solution to keep water in my house,( without burning up my water pump), until he could come by an inspect the well. He didn't hesitate to give me a time. He was about 50 miles north of where i live and was not able to stop by Thursday , but said he would come out first thing Friday morning, which he did. He was honest and told me he could not tell me exactly what the problem was until he pulled the well. But he was forth coming about the possibilities and the expected expense, depending what was found. We set a date for the work. He and his crew came out early Friday morning on the 27th. Pulled the well, discovered holes in three of galvanized pipes. The water pump was not damaged, but inspection of the pump showed it was already 17 yrs old. I was not pressured to change the pump, but felt it was in my best interest to replace it. Robbie and his crew worked professionally, got right to it, repaired my well and was gone rather quickly. In all ,my water was back on in about an hour and a half. This is the only guy I will call for my water well .
