PRECISION LAWNS

Here is the exceptional part.  Besides taking care of my overgrown lawn with various weed types in the back and front yard Clay's team went ahead and did a patch repair on my downed section of wood fence  in the back (believed to be caused by last lawn guys.... no proof of that but clear proof of cut Comcast cables that Comcast patched and sliced hose now useless). Clay mentioned a fence company that is right down the street from me while at site visit.  While the team would need to pick up down boards and prop them on the rotted back wood to properly mow and edge they went above and beyond.  When that job was complete they pounded up 1 fence plank (I think- would have to go into the common space behind my fence to see what type of wood used) and some new pieces of plank where the section was missing. This was unexpected.  Imagine my family 3 houses away caught our same lawn guys damaging their fence and they tried to deny it, but fixed it when advised the act was seen by their 20 year old daughter.  Precision Lawn a real lawn care company (not just guys in a truck with a lawn mower) repaired something that was not their doing, not required or requested.  They are double what I would normally pay the other guys but what I wanted was not just someone to mow my lawn. I wanted a company that could care for my lawn and tree adequately. Who would weed and seed and can do some landscaping projects.  I am happy to recommend Precision Lawns to any and everyone as I think their Customer Service, their Work Ethics and their Service stands above all.

He came out promptly but was very slow (I thought) to submit an estimate.

I will share with you that Precision Lawns is simply put, precise. Trae and company live up to their name and I am elated at the work that was done to my lawn and the light placement on the outside of my home. We live in Chambers County and that's a challenge in itself on our location.

The irrigation system is currently 7 zones (can hold 22 zones) and the installation was highly professional. A little pricey, but that comes with Chambers County and the surrounding neighborhoods. We plan on using the company again when spring rolls around to get additional landscaping accomplish, and I highly recommend this company due to their professionalism and precision. It took approximately 5 days to professionally install the irrigation and lighting systems for my home.

Job was performed exactly like agreed upon in contract. Fair price, in my opinion. Trimmed our oak tree and did not butcher it; knew their business. Yard looks beautiful -- we are very proud of its appearance.

They do good service. We use them every week. Their price is probably on the higher side but they do good work. They are always there. They come on Thursdays or Fridays and if I ask them to they come on Sundays.
