HATES GAY PEOPLE. Very rude. Not trust worthy. Will not return voice messages, texts or emails. After having Martin in our home for the estimate he agreed to do the work. His bid was one of two low bids. We decided to go with him, as he seemed knowledgeable about what we wanted repaired in our bathroom. After he realized we were a gay couple he wouldn't answer my calls even though he said he would do the work. I called and left voice mails for three days with no response. I texted him three times with no response. I emailed him with no response. I called this man on a different phone and he answered immediately. I told him who I was and ask him, when could he start? He started acting Iike he couldn't hear me and hung up even though he initially spoke to me until he realized it was me. My wife called him on her phone and he answered immediately. She said she needed some work done and he spoke with her at length. He didn't know her phone or voice. All the communication was done with my phone by me. He was eager to get started right away. She told him she'd get back with him. He's a prejudice bigot and will not work for gay people. No one should give this man work.

He came and looked the job. Told me give a call when we are ready. Called several times. Did not even return the phone calls

Another provider had called before hearing from this provider. I called him back to let him know we had selected someone else. He was exceptionally courteous and congenial. Will likely use him next time if he is available.

I left 2 separate messages regarding my mailbox. It is a brick mail box and the interior metal box needs to be replaced. Even if he does not do that, it would be nice to get a call back or email.

I called them and got estimate but about a month later I purchased the house, I went back on Angie's List to look up their number and Angie's List said that they could not verify any of their certifications. So I ended up not using them. When I talked to them Martin's were very helpful and kind of gave me a rough estimate of some of the things that I wanted them to fix. I hadn't brought the house yet that time but when I called for the phone number Angie's List said that they couldn't verify any of their certifications, so I didn't call them again. They responded right away once I contacted them.

He hung up shelves, mirrors, the mail box flag, and he did some sheet rock repair. He has done several things for me and he was very good. I would like to use him again.
