We paid him for granite counter tops for the kitchen and three bathrooms and he never picked up the counter tops. We also paid him for a bathtub and he never picked it up. 

He stopped showing up to work and stopped communicating with us. He told me to stop contacting him or he would file harassment charges. I asked him to make a contract for the work and he refused to do so. We now have to file a lawsuit to get this settled.
