Joe Loftin -- Handy Man For Hire

It didn't go. He lost his temper on the phone when I asked him to come by and get another measurement before starting starting the job. He could've stopped by on his way home from another job for five minutes. We wound up going with another contractor after he threw his fit. thankfully he did it before starting the job.

The work took 4 1/2 days. The men were courteous, answered questions and concerns. They arrived at our home 8 am every morning and completed the work they had to do that day. They worked steady through the day and cleaned up at the end of each day. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything. They moved the washer, dryer, and freezer back where they belonged and leveled the appliances. We enjoyed meeting Joe Loftin. Mr Loftin saw things that were wrong (we inherited) and fixed them. Mr Loftin did small things that he didn't have to do, but he did them because they needed to be done. Having work done in your home for several days can be uncomfortable, but this crew was pleasant to deal with and they cared about the quality of their work. They will be asked to come back. We have a beautiful white garage again.
