VERNON YOUNG WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WORKED WITH MY SCHEDULE, SO THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE WORK.

JAY SHOWED UP ON TIME. WAS VERY FRIENDLY. GOT ALONG WELL WITH MY DOGS. OBVIOUSLY, HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HAD A GREAT DEAL OF EXPERIENCE. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE WHEN I DESCRIBED THE WORK I NEEDED DONE, IN DETAIL, AND THAT WAS THE PRICE I PAID. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL J&M AGAIN IF I NEED ANY ELECTRICAL WORK DONE.
