Only negative I have is that Doug gave me his card and said call if you have any questions. He did not answer his phone or call me back. Aneta did, but she was not accurate with her information

Today was the hottest day of the year, so of course; the air conditioning quits. We called Cuccoâ s and we explained to Anita what we thought the issue might be. She told me she would call right back after she consulted with a technician and in a few minutes, she did. She explained that they may not be able to get out today (it was already 3:30) and if the bedroom would remain cool enough for the night. I told her I didnâ t know, but if it gets to hot, we could check into a motel. She told me that Cuccoâ s doesnâ t want us to do that and she would call me right back. She called within a few minutes and said her technician would be over ASAP. Within a half hour the technician arrived and quickly repaired the air conditioner. Iâ m sitting in my cool comfortable home tonight! Cuccoâ s has always been very responsive and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase a new AC or needs repairs.

I had a ac drip pan that was overflowing for a cople of weeks,and cucco's tech knew what it was and did the job in 15 min's .I will recomend this ac company to anyone.

Doug came out late on the same day I called, and removed the motor. He didn't have a new motor in his truck so Shelby came back the next day and installed it and checked the freon. Had the AC up and running in no time. Very polite and professional, and I received a senior citizen discount too. I highly recommend Cucco's AC and Heating. They would be the first people I call if I ever have an AC or heating problem again.

I had them come out for a seasonal check. The young man who came out had not communicated with his office and had no idea why he was coming out. I honestly have no idea what he did or did't do. He sniffed around all of my equipment and said "all good". He tracked dust out of my attic and did not clean it up after I pointed it out to him. He was a young man of very few words. It did not leave me with much confidence regarding my AC. I give them a solid C and in my business that's not good enough!

Hello, I had the extreme pleasure of recently doing business with Cucco's Air Conditioning & Heating. Doug came to my residence to give me a free estimate and his professional opinion on the condition of my air handler. Doug was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and honest about the issue at hand with my equipment in my attic. After my discussion with Doug I knew I wanted to hire Cucco's to remove and install the new equipment needed. The quote given was an incredible value and the fact that they offer financing options was perfect for the project. The next day Doug had his crew at my residence to tackle the existing air handler unit removal. Justin and Edward are very personable, knowledgeable and hard working individuals that were eager to make me the customer happy! The entire process with this project was a great experience and I will gladly refer my friends and family to Cucco's Air Conditioning and Heating in the future! They answered my call right away even if it is 8:30 at night and came the next morning. They are honest and won't rip you off your money. The technician recommended to change the furnace motor for only $675 rather than replace the whole thing for $3200. Other company would have suggested to change the whole thing. I would use this company again and recommend it to everyone

I felt he was trying to solve my problem in the most economical way for me and I really appreciated this as I am retired on a fixed income. Will definitely use this company in the future.
