I contacted the people at Zarpure as I needed my chimney inspected. They sent a technician and provide a free quote on the work that was needed. Their technician, Marco, explained the work in details, providing photo evidence to support what he was explaining. I received the quote via email later that day and was able to confirm what I wanted done online. They called me back 2 days later to schedule the service. On the day, the job was completed as expected and with great professionalism. Chimney sweeping can be messy but they protected my place and cleaned after them. My only criticism is with time management. On both visits (quote and service), the technician was late. Other than that, I'd happily recommend anyone to use their services.

My experience with Zarpure was excellent. Ben L. was the technician that performed my service on March 19, 2019. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I purchased my home two months ago. After my new washer and dryer were delivered the weekend prior, I thought that I should have everything checked and cleaned before I started using it. I am very grateful that I did. To my dismay, the dryer vent was damaged and filthy. The vent required repair/replacement and a deep cleaning. Ben was very detailed and meticulous to ensure that everything was done to sheer perfection. I would definitely hire this company again. Andrea C.
