the store is amazing and the store clerk was incredibly helpful and courteous. we fell in love with the product immediately. the quality is unmatched. however, the price of the playground equipment reflects the high quality. these sets are very expensive, but i do feel they are worth the money. the store clerk was very helpful in providing estimates and play set options. he offered to print them out for us to take home. he was very knowledgeable about the product but never pushy. we were able to get it installed within a couple weeks of our purchase, which i thought was fair considering it in the middle of the holiday season. the installation guys were prompt, but their appearance was not very professional. in fact, they looked a little sketchy. however, they put the set up in a reasonable amount of time. and the lead installer was helpful in discussing placement with me. overall this was a very good experience!
