I used Window Wizards for power washing in the front and back of our house. They did a great job on the cleaning. The team was professional and worked very hard to do a good job. Unfortunately, they took some paint off of our brick in the front of the house. My concern was that they had told us it would not take the paint off before we started, and I would have hoped they would have told us it was starting to take the paint before continuing in that area. I had my painter come back and rectify the situation, so it looks fine again. What impressed me the most about Window Wizards was their follow up after the work was completed. I had not called them to complain. They called me and asked how the job was and pressed me to let them know if anything was not right. I explained the situation, but did not ask them to pay. The lady doing the QC phone check told me to hold off paying and that she wanted to speak to her boss, because they are 100% focused on their customers and back their work. After discussing with him, I provided him the receipt for the painting and pictures showing what happened. He was very professional and made me feel how important it was to him to make things right. He adjusted the bill for the repainting and I paid. It never got nasty. The fact that they sought me out vs me having to complain really made an impact with me. I would not hesitate to use their services again. They are a first class operation and focused on quality for their customers.

Fernando and Jose arrived on time and they did a wonderful job. Before they could clean out the gutters, they got up on the roof and blew down all the pecan tree and quot;squiggly thingsand quot;. That in itself made my house look fresher. They cleaned up the debris and then worked on the windows. Everything looks bright and new. It is a good feeling to trust to hire a company that can be trusted to do what you expect.
I have used Window Wizards for years and highly recommend their services.
It is best to do this when it is dry....if it has been raining wait a few days....easier to clean up the mess.

Window Wizards was wonderful from beginning to end. They came to our house quickly to prepare an estimate, they provided extremely competitive pricing options and completed the service quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was referred to this company by my realtor. I contacted them via e-mail and set up the appointment online and by phone. They were very easy to work with. An estimator came out the next day and we scheduled the work for a few days later. The estimate was much higher than I expected, but I've never priced having the windows cleaned before. The estimate was broken down very clearly and I had the option to select exactly what I wanted done.
The team arrived on time (7:30 am) and were very careful as they removed, cleaned and replaced storm windows. There were a couple of windows that they weren't able to clean they way they wanted to (windows painted shut, storm window unable to remove) but generally the windows look a thousand percent better. I work from home and they were able to schedule their work around me, which I appreciated.
The crew pointed out paint overspray and offered to remove from the windows for only $75 extra, which I agreed to. There were only 2 negatives - in several places inside the house I noticed that they had left dirt smudges on the walls near windows and the work took much longer than they had told me (they left about 4:45 pm - about 2 1/2 hours later than expected.) I have been able to remove the smudges with water, so no damage done. They left literally 15 minutes before a realtor came to show the house, so I was frantically putting furniture back into rooms and straightening up.
I would recommend them particularly to anyone selling their home or wanting their windows and screens to sparkle!

Your tech left the job site without replacing all the window screens and had to come back and finish the job. The job was finished to our satisfaction. All the windows looked brand new after cleaning!

I've used Window Wizards several times and they've always done a very good job. In the past they've done interior and exterior or just exteror - this time it was exterior only. Their pricing is reasonable, they're punctual and the whole experience is just what you'd want - great results, professional crew and a fair price. I've also been impressed that they have no problem working on my 3-story house. With many servicepeople over the years this has created a problem - they don't have the right ladders, equipment, etc. I happened to mention this to the Window Wizards crew leader this time and he said they do taller buildings all the time - apartments, condos, etc.
So all this is great, but with this most recent cleaning Window Wizards did something that absolutely blew me away - and put them in a very rare category of exceptionally customer-service oriented businesses. Two days after I'd had the windows cleaned a repariman was working on my lawn irrigation system. Suddenly a huge geyser of water shot up. Extending 3 stories high, it totally drenched several of the large windows on the front of my house. Windows that had just been cleaned two days before were now going to be totally water-spotted. The next morning I called Robb Hueston at Window Wizards to ask him what he would charge to come back out and re-do the now water-spotted windows. I could not believe it when he said they would come out at no charge to take care of it! And so they did. A crew was back out the next day and quickly re-cleaned the spotted windows - ALL AT NO CHARGE even though someone else had caused the problem.
What companies offer this level of service and no-questions-asked customer satisfaction these days? I can think of very few, but Window Wizards is one. I'm a customer for life. You should hire these guys - they'er GREAT!

The young guys that came out were on time, courteous, and neat. They did a thorough job on each item. I will use there recurring appointment service to have these services every year.

They were very efficient and very good as far as cleaning up after themselves. They do the inside and outside windows. We are very pleased with them and we used them several times. We think we spent about $150 on that service.

The job went very well. They didn’t spill water on the floor, which was nice. We looked at the windows afterwards and they went back and touched any spots that we saw. They were very meticulous and very good. We were very happy with them.

Gutters were cleaned effectively, but much of the dirt and grime that ran down the house during cleaning was left behind and not cleaned off. I called back to complain and was told they would send someone out right away. Someone came out cleaned about half of it left the other half of the house dirty. Windows were cleaned well, but the estimate for the rest of the house was very high. Almost 3x the next closest bid.

They sent two people out and they didn’t have all the right equipment to do the job. They were certainly not professional. For some reason the owner didn’t send a third person out for supervision. They got water on my wood floors and I had to clean it up. They apologized profusely for it. The windows looked okay initially but later I had problems. The owner came and explained things to us. He personally redid the inside all by himself. We had to cancel their appointment to come out and do the outside. He made a good effort to make it good, so we would just wait until this fall and have him come back out and do the outside. He was clearly willing to make the situation good. It was a sloppy job done the first time and we were very unhappy. It was horrible, but I am sure they’d do a better job next time.

"Every service business will have issues arise from time to time while providing a service to the public. I strive daily to minimize and proactively eliminate any issues from occurring in the first place which is not always possible. When a situation does occur, it is the response that you receive from the business that should speak volumes about the business. In my defense, I did personally come out after the member called and restored two windows that had a heavy build up of minerals and residue from years of neglect at no additional charge to him. I highly recommend that residential windows are cleaned at least twice a year to properly maintain them. The members had recently completed a nice remodel of their 2,600 sqft home built in 1974. The new sets of French doors in the rear of the house had been stained and varnished during this process. The painters were very sloppy and did not clean the glass well after completion. Our team while cleaning the windows did not see the tiny bits of varnish on the glass which was only evident while the sun was shining through it at certain times of the day. This was also not brought to our attention during the estimate that any construction cleaning or window scraping needed to be completed. I did personally clean this off of the interior of the glass at no charge to the members. The exterior I explained would have to be done another day due to the lack of time and it getting dark outside. I made a few phone calls to schedule this appointment after no response I gave up. I was not able to come back to clean the exterior of the doors. The front picture window had a few spots on it that were caused by moths flying into the window. Bugs are for some reason attracted to clean glass. I did fix this while I was out there as well even though it occurred after our appointment. We did spill a few drops of water on the bamboo floors from my knowledge, but it was immediately wiped up by our staff. We usually carry large drop cloth that are put down in front of the windows and doors that are in each of vans to prevent this from happening. This day they were left behind. The crew lead Brandon became sick this day and went home at half day. Instead of rescheduling the job I decided to send the crew on to the member's appointment since it was a small project and felt their capabilities were more than sufficient to complete the home. When and if you read my response, I will offer you one free window cleaning inside and outside when you are ready to get your home cleaned again."

We found Robb on Angie's List, all of our correspondence was via e-mail (which I prefer), and we didn't even have to be at home while the work was done. Robb offered us several other services in addition to exterior window cleaning, which we may consider in the future. The day Window Wizards cleaned our windows, I worked late (and arrived home after dark). I had forgotten that Robb was coming, and the next morning I opened our shades and thought..."Wow, it's a really beautiful day!" That's a testament to what a great job they did. I really appreciate Window Wizards professional approach, variety of services, and comfort with technology.
