WILLIAMS INSULATION

They were recommended, and when they came out to give me an estimate, they gave a good estimate. I expected them to be good, but in a way the guy who did it was real professional. He did a really good job. He came in, did it, and got out. He did not tear time. The price was real good.

I am not impressed with the salesman (whose name I will leave out). I don't enjoy speaking with him at all. The work performed was good, except that they ran out of insulation (how could they for a small 320 ft. job that they scheduled to come and do!) The man came very late in the day and did not speak any english, but did say that he'd come back with the remaining insulation. He did not. He also left air gaps around the recessed lighting and air vent. Finally I had them come back and finish the work. I also don't like that they take all your money upfront in advance before anyone ever shows up.

Most areas where done adequately but they made consistent errors by not following the manufacturers recommendations. They had assured me they were all trained by the manufacturer but this was obviously not the case.

They were prompt from the very beginning and cleaned up well. Nothing more to say than that. I think the price was reasonable. However, I would have preferred to pay upon completion of the job, but they do not accept that. They prefer full payment up front, which I don't like because it puts me in a risky situation. I may not hire them again based on just that detail.

This company has a great reputation and their price was half what others had quoted me for the work. Since then, despite many phone calls from me, I have been unable to get a hold of them to schedule the actual job. This is very disappointing to me as they were very nice people and their price couldn't be beat. My son has had the same experience with them. I cannot recall their quote right now, and despite this, I would still have them do the work, if only I could get them to call me back.
