BEWARE OF FRAUD! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. - broke hundreds of dollars in liquor bottles (which they shouldn?t have been transporting anyway and took from my home against their own instructions) - ruined a leather chair - damages two paintings - broke around a dozen dishes and glasses - fraudulently charged my credit card - didn?t complete the actual move?left numerous rooms and closets of boxes unmoved and I had to pay for someone else to come finish the job

Negligent and uncaring - don't use Wildcat for your move. They advertise precision and care, but that is not what we received from them this past Saturday. One of their movers who disconnected our refrigerator from the water line left the water running, and it ran into the floor all weekend while we were away. Water soaked through the wall and into our flooring. After days of trying to speak with someone at Wildcat, I finally got Daniel on the phone who told me: "You signed a contract stating we are not responsible for water damage." Thousands of dollars of water damage to our property, and Wildcat refused to make it right. We will be paying for this damage out of pocket. They also did a lot of damage to our walls, including golfball size holes in the drywall. It remains to be seen if they will fix the drywall and paint, but that is insignificant compared to the water damage. Wildcat showed negligence in handling our possessions and our property, and lacks the basic integrity to make it right. You should use someone else.

They damaged a floor by dragging a table across the floor. I followed their procedures for filing a claim. It has been. 30 days and after multiple calls to their manager (he always seems to be in a meeting) he has not returned any of my calls. I do not recommend these movers.

Beware when booking your move with this company. I booked my move with Megan. My husband had booked his move for the same day in the morning and I called to see if we could consolidate our moves. His stuff from his apartment and mine from storage. I was told no bc it would be a different crew so we got charged for two travel fees. On moving day it was the same crew that completed both our moves. They did them at the same time. They never left and came back. When I called to complain to Megan after the fact she said bc it was booked separately there was nothing she could do and claimed the schedule changed. We booked separately bc we were told we would have two separate crews. She transferred me to her manager Nathan who said their schedule changed so there is nothing they could do about it. This company is more concerned about making an extra dollar than their customers. I’m not sure why the customer is penalized for the fact their schedule changed. We paid an extra $159 when the crew never left our site and completed both at once. I understand we booked separately but it was bc I was told it wasn’t an option to book together. Very disappointed in their customer service.

This company has dishonest business practices. I permanently cancelled my move for reasons beyond my control. They refuse to refund my $209 deposit when they have given zero service. They want $209 of your hard earned money for doing nothing. Unethical entitled ownership. My transaction was done over the phone and at no time did the phone representative express that I would never get my deposit back should I have to cancel. They purposely leave such information out which is a SCAM. I am not letting this go and will be following up with the IRS and various consumer reporting agencies to prevent this from happening to future customers.

Move went very well and as expected. I had used Wildcat Movers before to mover some heavy pieces from upstairs to downstairs. That job was handled very well so I decided to use them for the big job. No regrets at all. I will recommend that if you're going to pack yourself be ready and done ahead of time, they were ready but patient with some of our slowness.

Service was prompt and professional. Price was very reasonable ($99 per hour). The move ended up costing $400, roughly $300 less than their local competitor quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had never used movers before but found this company through Angie's list and they were great! Bri and Will worked very hard, quickly, and over their time limit with no problem in the summer heat. They were cheerful and polite young men and I had no worries about the my furniture or it being handled by them even if I couldn't oversee all parts of the process.

The move went very well. The guys showed up on time and delivered our items in good condition. The guys were very courteous and professional.

Excellent service. Two young men showed up exactly when scheduled with truck and moving pads. Loaded and
unloaded everything carefully and professionally, and were very polite. Asked questions when they were uncertain about anything. Willing to help put bedroom furniture back together which we declined but appreciated the offer. Would definitely use and recommend this company!

Zane was very friendly and accommodating on the phone when I called to book the moving date. Then on moving day, he called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. 3 men arrived, and they were all very professional and polite. They moved all of my furniture and heavy items, and not one thing was damaged. They did a great job, and their rates are very good. I definitely recommend this company!

Zane showed up on time on the morning of the 12th with one helper and a 24 foot trailer. I walked Zane through and showed him what was going and what was staying. They were very efficient and got the first load loaded up in about an hour and a half. We did do prep work for them by taking apart some of the furniture and wrapping furniture with drawers and doors beforehand to save time. They did a second load just as quickly and also moved a 400lb gun safe for us upstairs. We were very happy with the service and speed. The entire move took just under 6 hours and the charge was exactly as expected. We will definitely use them again in the future if we move again.

We live in the country so after they found us they were about an hour later than we'd asked - but all things happen for a reason. This move for us was an emotional one and one that had us all exhausted. We moved my brother, his wife and their two boys and her father to our place from Missouri. We hadn't been in Texas for 24 hours before we needed the 28" ft truck unloaded so it could go back for another load. We unloaded the truck and realized we were too tired to get it organized and moved into a storage shed (which we had also been working on to get taped and floated by the time they arrived). THEN IT RAINED! so anything we hadn't already put in the storage shed was soaked. Anything on the bottom or in the mddle that was somewhat dry went into the shed, the other things went to the barn to be dried out and re-packed. Some of their furniture went into my house and some of my furnitre came out to the shed. Stuff that was in the shed went to another storage building across the yard. It was hot, humid and nevertheless they did a great job, very quickly and were the ultimate professionals. The moving truck will be back tonight and we've already called them to come back and help us again in the morning - and they agreed :-) Thanks Zane and Logan we apprecaite you. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
