So I've used this company twice now and stuff got damaged both times which sadly sometimes happens when moving. The upside is when I sent an email describing the stuff that had been broken the owner plus two other senior people from White Glove Storage and Delivery came to my residence to personally fix stuff and make it right. What on earth, shocked the heck out of me. Didn't think service like this still existed ,but now that I know it does I'm forever a repeat customer. Even if you were not looking to spend this much money on movers you should reconsider because personal items are sometimes irreplaceable!

The guys who delivered my mattress were super helpful.  Not only did they deliver my new mattress, but they helped move my old mattress from the master to the guest room, helped move the bed out of the master bedroom and hauled away my old guest  mattress.  They were friendly and prompt.  The mattress store paid them, so I don't know how much it cost.

The people were excellent but, they significantly underestimated both the time and cost of our move.  They did a great job of moving our belongings and we made it through the move without anything being damaged.  I wish they had done a far better job on the estimate however - I understand that it's only an "estimate" but, given their "Premier Specialist" proclamation,  I would have expected it to be far closer to the actual than it was - they were about 40% over their estimate. The amount of this overage was shocking to say the least.  I paid their overage but refused to pay their overtime charges.  I suggest future customers carefully consider White Glove's estimate.  I have very mixed feelings as the people doing the move worked very hard and were very careful.

I will use White Glove for all future moves.  The team packed the entire contents of my home, moved everything to the new location and then helped unpack, hang, install etc.  They also moved items into storage, from storage and into a new storage unit.  I was not present for a majority of the move; the team lead, Adam, took care of everything for me.  Everyone on the team was professional, efficient and treated all of my items with care.  The team exceeded my expectations.

Rick and Ricky inventoried and packed several pieces of art and moved them to my new house. Then they installed everything. They did a great job packing. I was impressed with their detail and care of each piece. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to my fianc?'s mother who is moving soon.

They are wonderful; they are professional, they show up on time, and they do a good job.  They give me a budget and they stick to it.  They were very careful with my stuff.  It was a little difficult getting hold of them on the phone.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
