Carpet Cleaning
Operator came alone. Immediately told me he wasn't as young as he looked and had lots of experience. Then proceeded to sell me a Teflon or Scotchgard type product for longer lasting protection. After he finished cleaning, he stood in the middle of the room with a small spray bottle and squirted the 'protector' around. I questioned this procedure and he said that "it dissipates all over the room". I asked about the big area under the couch, which was sitting in the middle of the room now and he finally moved the couch back where it belonged and 'sprayed' his little bottle of stuff again. Very unprofessional and I wish I had refused to pay for the apparent 'protection' scam. I will never use a company that is bragged on by a radio personality again.

Arrived towards the end of a 4-hour window, but called 20 minutes ahead to advise they were on the way. Polite 2-man crew, carpet looks and smells good.

CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD (THEY GAVE ME A 5 HOUR WINDOW SO THAT IS NOT A GREAT FEAT) I HAVE HAD THE SAME SERVICE PERFORMED FOR LESS, BUT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. SERVICE PERSON WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED THINGS THOROUGHLY.

ONE CARPET-CLEANER ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY, ALTHOUGH THOROUGHLY. ALL OF THE SPOTS ON OUR CARPET WERE REMOVED TO MY SATISFACTION. NO FURNITURE WAS MOVED BY VENTURI.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB ON A RENTAL PROPERTY OF MINE THAT HAD BEEN TREATED BADLY. THEY THOROUGHLY CLEANED PET STAINS AND MADE THE CARPET LOOK LIKE NEW. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
