V I - PETS

After rescuing an energetic terrier puppy, I needed someone to walk my two dogs daily while I'm at work. Les came to the rescue. He is incredibly easy to work with, responsive, and understands that my schedule can change on a dime. I feel comfortable he loves on my pups and gives them the exercise and attention during the day that I cannot. A lifesaver!

I have been using V I Pets for over four years. I trust them with my cat and dog. They are great with animals, and care about doing a top-notch job. They are punctual and respond to emails quickly. Their customer service could not be better. One of my cats had a small medical issue on one visit while I was away. Les called me promptly and helped me resolve the situation. VI Pets accommodated a schedule change graciously. I have recommended them to friends and would do so again.

I had never used a professional service for pet sitting, but would never hesitate again after using VI Pets. We were going to be away for about 2 weeks and needed someone to watch over our two cats.  Les was very prompt in returning emails, scheduling a day to come over, meet the pets, and check out where items were located in the house.  He made the process so simple and hassle free. 
Tori, who would be taking care of the pets, came along with him and not only did she take great care of the cats. I give the cats wet and dry food, and Tori would even wash the pet bowls in between visits.  She left the litter area and food area extremely clean, which was so nice to come back home to.   She also took in our garbage, brought packages into the house, and watered our plants.    It was nice knowing not only were the cats being taken care of but so was the house.  She even left a note when I came back letting me know how everything went.  
I was extremely pleased with this service and would definitely recommend Les and his team!  I will always use them from here on out!

This was the first time I have had to use a professional pet sitter instead of leaving my cat with a friend or family member. Les was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry. He answered all my questions and had detailed questionnaires for me so that it was obvious he would have all the information he could possibly need to care for my cat. He scheduled a home visit well before my trip to meet with my husband and I, see our cat and go over everything again. Les asked a lot of questions and it was obvious he put a lot of care into making sure he would know everything he needed to take care of our cat and look after our apartment as we would like. I felt completely comfortable with the whole procedure and knew that our home was in good hands while we were gone.

The owner, Les, came over to meet the dogs, learn their quircks, and see what and where to feed them. He is truly a dog person and my dogs seemed to like him. The visits went very well. Les texted me each day to tell me how they were doing. When I returned everything was in order and my dogs looked well cared for. I will definitely call on them again when I need a pet sitter.

When I emailed for a quote, availability of service, and a couple of questions Les was very prompt at responding.  After scheduling the service I had to make a couple of changes to my service request after my travel plans finalized and Les quickly and professionally made the changes I needed.  Les scheduled a home meeting prior to my scheduled service to meet my two cats and learn the routine.  I had only a few times I could meet and Les was very flexible about working around my schedule.  Les then came once a day for the 8 days I was out of town.  While I was gone my apartment left a notice that I had to clear the patio for painting the next day, Les not only let me know about the notice, he went ahead and cleared off the patio for me!!  Les provided me email updates that were pretty detailed and gave me a lot of comfort.  This was my first time to use a pet sitter and I was a bit nervous, so I asked a friend to stop by periodically to make sure my cats were well cared for during my absence, she reported that the litter box was always cleaned and the food bowls were always filled.  I am very pleased with the service I received and thought it was a reasonable price.  I will definitely be using Les again the next time I am out of town.

We have been using VI-Pets for several years, and their service is consistently fantastic. Scheduling is convenient, and they're always available to check-in on our pets whenever we need them -- even during busy holiday travel times. These are clearly people who LOVE animals. They don't just check on the dogs or let them go outside; they stay for a bit and play with them and cuddle them on each visit. They even leave a treat and note on the counter letting you know if your animals were well-behaved, or any details they need to share. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional.  I have an elderly cat and VIP was so kind to send update daily update.  I would use and recommend VIP again.

It was great - I did not stress about the situation when I was out of town, and Les was great about touching base and keeping my updated. The house was in great shape when I returned.

I have used Les' services twice and feel very comfortable having him come to my house while I am away.  I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and organization - he asked detailed questions that gave me the impression that he would be very conscientious.  He also followed up with a summary e-mail after the job.  I also referred him to a friend who has told me more than once that she was pleased with his service.

They came into our home and apartment and took care of our cat. They were very professional. They came out before to meet with me and the cat. I felt very comfortable with them being in our home. Our cat seemed to be happy with the arrangement.

We have been using them since 2008, and we are still using them. We pay them for weekly walks for our dog. We love them. They are like our dog's second parents. They are very good about short notice and flexible with tough schedules and things like that.

Les has been taking care of our animals since the day I moved to Dallas over 7 years ago. He has taken care of my terminally ill cocker spaniel, picked up my other dog who was ill from boarding and brought him home until we could get home, and added last minute requests or days when we 've been stuck due to flight cancellations. I would not trust anyone else to take care of my pets.

They were good and we would use them again. They are one of the few places that will come out every other day. They fed and watered them and brought in the mail. They did a couple of other things that were very nice.

They were very pleasant. They came when they said they were going to come. They did everything that they said they were goingo to do, which was walk my dog in a very pleasant way. They were extremely polite. They did a fine job with the dog and everything that I asked of them. They were excellent! I would highly recommend them to anybody.

This was my first experience with a pet sitting service and I was thoroughly pleased! I received several text messages while away with updates on my "babies" which was very reassuring. I returned home to two very happy, well cared for cats. I will definitely use V I Pets again!

I've used VIPets twice since moving to Dallas late this summer and could not feel more comfortable with Tori (pet sitter) and Les (owner). Initially Les was very thorough in asking for details and background information about my pet Sam, who has a number of chronic health issues that require ongoing meds, as well as a good eye to make sure that nothing is changing in his condition. I leave information about both regular and emergency vets should Sam need to go, and have every confidence that Tori and Les would take him in if there was any question about his need for medical care. Tori, who typically does the visits, has a background in pet care, and is also very sweet. If I touch base with Tori while I'm gone to check on Sam, she happily gets right back to me. When I come home he is happy, healthy and my home is as clean as I left it. She takes the time to sweep up any scattered litter, wipe the counters if necessary, etc. I can't say enough good things about VIPets, as their references did about them when I called initially.

First time to use Les. He came over to meet me and to introduce the sitter. All questions were answered professionally. Pet sitting went well, no problems. Very satisfied with his service.

So far, so good. Les comes every day, and sends me email reports about how things are going and the acclimation process is. He responded quickly to my email inquiry and was able to set up service in just 2 days, which was much appreciated as time was of the essence!
