Our project was difficult and required a lot of patience and expertise on Trinity's part. It took longer than we expected but Trinity stuck with us and made it right. The floors look beautiful now.

It was great! Linda gave me a fair price and George came out an measured and I indicated the color I was looking for. On the day of the install there were no issues and I am very happy with my new floors.

No one asked about 220v availability before the team was sent out. They remarked that it was their first encounter of a house not having 220 for them and without batting an eye they rented a generator and went to work. Their sealing off the work area from the rest of the house and from closets and cabinets in the work area was perfect. We had no dust and no vapors from the work. The sand and fill was one day, the stain one day, and the coats (2) were a day each, all in immediate succession, all begun promptly by 9:00 every day and finished by 3:00 at the latest. Before beginning the stain, they consulted us a final time to display samples of the stain and mixed the variations on the spot until my wife was happy with the decision. After two days drying of the final coat, we were wowed by the end result. Consistent and perfect in every way. The most amazing part was the way they blended the new work to match the rooms not resurfaced. We can't tell that there was any change in color between new and old. We had others estimate the job, but Casey and Trinity were either below other estimates or had a spotless reputation that other low bidders didn't have and now we know why. My wife has seen their work on new and resurfaced gym floors for years and we just don't think anyone else could be as good a contractor as Trinity. Thanks, Casey and Joel for a really good job.

Trinity was GREAT! From the intial measure, to time of estimate was very quick. The crew was very easy to work with and very clean. My sales rep, Casey, kept me informed of schedule and was exetremely flexible.

I use Trinity Floors for all my wood floor, tile and carpet. I have 2 more projects going with them right now that include all 3 flooring styles.

As shared in my previous report, two or three years ago we hired Trinity to save a botched job started by another hardwood flooring company, which had made the mistake of adding red oak to our existing white oak (and also had not installed the nicest looking boards either.)  Trinity saved the day back then, and they did not disappoint the second time around.

Since we now had red oak in one room and white oak in another, we had a big discussion about whether we should add red oak or white oak now.  Mike Steadman was very helpful.  He knew which it should be.  I felt the opposite way, and he was willing to install what I wanted, but I decided to trust his judgment and go with the red.  It was the right decision.  It's gorgeous.

After the doggy boards the other company had installed I was very concerned about getting more of the same.  There was no need for concern, the floor Trinity laid down is beautiful.  Unfortunately the older one next to it is not quite as nice, but they blend just fine, thanks to the amazing finishing skill of Richard Daniell and his crew.  There was a moment of "will it really match?" but Richard pulled a rabbit out of his bag of finishing tricks and saved the day again.

Every time we walk into our newly-floored kitchen we oooh and ahhh.

Everything was done on time, meeting the promised dates, and the people in this company are a joy to work with.   This is a company that does floors for museums, and yet they treated me and my little kitchen install job, as though i were royalty, and they were unbelievably patient with my many concerns and questions.  All phone calls to them are either answered on the spot, or returned promptly.  I would only have Trinity do my hardwood floors.

We had hired another hardwood company to add more of our oak floor in another room, and then sand down the whole thing for a new and lighter stain color.  The other company got as far as installing the raw wood, when we fired them (long story but the work of the other company was incorrect and their attitude in handling the situation was a nightmare.)  After we found Trinity, Mike came out to measure and bid the job, and he was such a kind and helpful person that the pain of the other situation faded.  It was then discovered that the other company had not even used the same kind of oak as the existing floor!  This was a problem since the floors flowed into each other, and now we had two different kinds of oak (red and white) interlacing into each other at the meeting-point.  Trinity came in and saved the day, they knew exactly what to do.  Their finishing team, Richard and Tino, used two different colored stains, which Richard custom-mixed, so that the two different species of oak flooring matched perfectly when done.  I cannot see any color difference, and I'm very particular.  They also got the color I was looking for and had shown them from a sample of expensive prefinished wood.  The finish looks beautiful three years later, and I would have reported it sooner but I just found out about Angie's list.  We had also had Trinity's installation team add wood to the closets, and they fixed a couple existing problems from the other company.  All their workmen were prompt, polite, professional and pleasant.  In fact, I just got the price for running more of the wood into the breakfast room, kitchen, and hallway, and we're about to have them do that.  I'll report on that in a couple months.  I wouldn't use anyone but Trinity Floors for my house.  For the high quality of workmanship and reliability, their price is completely fair.  Even the pricey top Dallas designer I was using at the time of the installation liked it.

They were curtious, and came out quickly when contacted by my insurance company. The flooring choices were numerous, and they seem to have great product knowledge. When after installation there was a small problem they came out and promptly fixed it to our satisfication. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them in the future. I was very pleased.
