Tried and True Moving

On the first job, the movers showed up at the house with an upbeat attitude and very courteous. During the move, they were efficient and listened to my concerns. Once the move was complete, all items were where they should be and the mood was still upbeat and professional. All-in-all, a satisfying experience. 3 days later, I hired the company again to clean up a mess left by Olde World Movers. I had used that moving company to move my household goods. That moving team showed up with an attitude that deteriorated throughout the move. At the destination, Olde World left boxes in the wrong rooms, items not reassembled, doors off their hinges and heavy furniture out of position. After giving Olde World a chance to correct the situation (unsuccessful), I called Tried and True to see what they could do. Once again, they showed up in an upbeat manner and professionally took charge of the situation and shifted boxes and furniture around so we could begin unpacking in earnest. And the best part - my wife was no longer in tears.
