I began by comparing several companies prices and reviews. Having worked in customer service before it was pretty easy to see what the reality of each job was and wasn't. I told him my budget was moderate and that we would just load the needful goods only, getting the big things I couldn't get by myself, and then take off for the long distance haul. The morning of the move, Deric called me an hour before moving time, telling me he was running on time and would be there at nine. At about three till he pulled up and they began right away moving the heaviest things that as I said I could not move on my own. Deric and Jeff continued working at a really nice pace until not only the heavy items but all I had boxed and put aside for the move had been loaded which totally took us by surprise! When at the new house hundreds of miles away, again Deric and Jeff jumped right into it and unloaded it all in good time. I was very happy, I felt we had been given service far above and beyond anything we asked for. We would use trico long distance movers again and recommend them to anyone.

I dealt primarily with Chet and Oliver who were really great and I'm pretty sure would have done anything to make my move easier if I asked. It almost felt like my friends were helping me move, but doing all the work for me. Their moving process is professionally run, extremely customer focused, honest, and careful. No I don't work there; but I could. I made a last minute phone call the morning of my move out for an additional wardrobe box which they grabbed for me. Pricing was very reasonable and I paid for moving, boxes and storage. All of our furniture arrived in the condition we had it in before we moved. Where other companies wanted to charge extra because of the stairs, trico long distance movers didn't. They were by far the least expensive movers I found in Dallas. They were extremely polite and quick, emptying both pods in just under an hour. The other guy even set up the bed for us. I recommend them to everyone needing a mover. I've moved more than eight times in my lifetime, I know good movers. I am highly satisfied with the workers, customer service, and team they have. I would definitely use them again next time.

Trico had reasonable prices, there was flexibility in their pricing and they were reasonable at each part of the process. The movers themselves came at the end of the 1 hour window which was completely fine with me since we were definitely running late getting everything packed up. The two movers that came to help (Jake + someone else, I forget his name) were as sweet and professional as can be. They were so nice, diligent, hard working... we were so impressed. My boyfriend and I joked with them that for us to be happy with the service, they just didn't have to mess up (we are jaded by several awful moving experiences in the past), and not only did they not mess up, they did the whole job wonderfully. We have been referring trico to other friends ever since, thanks alot guys!

Trico isn't just a moving company this is a problem solving company. These guys have flexibility and a clear desire to get the move done the right way. These guys arrived on time, and stayed until the job is fully completed. I had to move items into my new place but realized half way that I definitely needed to move more things from the storage unit to the new house also. Realizing I had only 2 hours to move out the unit (before it closed), they totally saved the day. Trico long distance mover's team managed to go on full-speed mode and unpack a 12x12 storage unit with my stuff within 55 min. I still am stunned how they did that. And they did it after moving me fully into my place. Bottom line, flexibility to your needs and the core desire to do a QUALITY job is how Trico guys run their business. I will use them again for sure for any type of move.

Trico Long Distance Movers were a pleasure to work with. They did everything they promised, worked to a deadline, were cheerful and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing a long distance mover, and if I was to consider moving again ,they would be my first choice. Trico moving was extremely helpful to me as I haven't moved for many years and didn't know where to start. However, everything sorted without any trouble by e-mail. They were extremely polite and helpful, arrived on time, were very careful with all our belongings and made sure everything was positioned exactly where we wanted it in for a 3 bedroom house from start to finish!. They worked quickly but carefully and we were very impressed with them. Very good rates too. Overall, a great service and great value for money.

Trico Long Distance Movers did a great job with my move from Los Angeles to Dallas.  I have some expensive furniture and a white couch.  The crew placed everything  with care - moving blankets, then shrink wrapped.  I have never seen a moving company package my pieces so nicely and professionally.  My items arrived intact without dings and my white couch still white.  The team was very professional and reasonably priced.  I was quoted a good rate for the long distance move, shrink wrap included, and no extra charge for stairs. I was also able to schedule pick-up and  delivery at a specified time instead the large windows that long distance movers often quote you.  They did an amazing job and I would recommend Trico Long Distance Movers
