Auto Insurance
Soon after the policy was in force I was involved in a minor auto accident as someone scraped my front bumper and lleft me with a black spot on my front bumper and quarter panel. Their insurance company refused to pay as they said it was my word or their word!! The police report didn't really determine who was at fault as it was in a prrking lot. However, even though I had to pay my deductible Travelers paid the remaining dollars and rental car then sent the claim to an arbitrator for further review. After a few months I received my deductible refund check in the mail as the arbitrator ruled in my favor. Travelers and myadjuster Angela Burns went the extra mile and saved me many dollars.
