Tile Expo reps were punctual and responsive.  Their price was right.  Unfortunately, the Realtor chose a different color for the laminate and we went with a different company.

They did a great job, and made an adjustment on the quote for the additional work required for installation on the second floor which didn't raise the price much.  I also got a decorative strip of tile that really looks sharp. It was fairly quick and looks beautiful, even after the years.   Great work, great price, better than many of the competition I quoted.

the results were fantastic! Sal was great to work with very knowledgeable about the product and was valuable in deciding on colors and size of the tile. I would recommend Tile Expo to anybody wanting to replace their flooring. They are currently working on a quote to remodel the bathrooms.

I'm glad we had a point of contact to work with given all of the sub contractors that were involved in this project. That certainly made things easier, as we often found ourselves wondering when some of the contractors were to show up as punctuality was not their strong suit.  Additionally, we were quoted the job would take 7-10 days total, but when all was said and done it was 24 days total.  The end product is nice, not perfect, but still nice.  We are enjoying our newly updated flooring and shower.

Very well. Sal's people were very professional and very exact in their work. The man who did the backsplash was especially methodical, making sure everything was exact. We're absolutely thrilled with the end result.

Old floors were a mis-match of carpet, tile, laminate and engineered wood in really bad shape, some of it from water damage from a plumbing leak.
They worked with me to save a bit of $ by letting me demo some of the laminate floors myself. I really wanted to
see the the floors  underneath myself to make sure there were no foundation surprises before they came in to install.
The crew came in and did the floor prep at a reasonable cost and were very thorough. (Think of scraping a cement floor with a big machine, and then going in by hand to finish the job) They even thought to bring the new floors in during the prep sequence so they could acclimate to the house humidity and temp before gluing them down.
They were able to reuse existing floor molding and did a good job re-installing so that i didn't have to
repaint it.
Crew was professional and fast, but not reckless fast. They did a great job with all the joints and displayed great skill.
The guys putting the glue down were artists.
The floors are beautiful, we are very glad we went with them. Ask for Sal.

I was about to purchase an Angie's List deal, but wanted to confirm with the company if they would honor the coupon with my purchase. They said no because of requirements that were not listed on the Angie's List deal. It seems the exceptions were not explicitly written on the deal. Albeit, I did purchase the ceramic tiles from the company because they offered the best price compared to other competitors. I purchased the tiles on a Saturday, being informed that it would be ready to be picked up at their store the following Monday. I was called on Monday with the company informing me that delivery was delayed to Tuesday. On Tuesday, I drove 25 miles to their store to find out that the ceramic tiles have not yet been delivered and was "45 minutes away". This was very disappointing and annoying to drive that distance to find out the materials were not yet available without being notified and I was not able to wait. Good thing I didn't wait because I called later in the afternoon and was told that only a partial shipment was delivered, being told that the remaining items were going to be shipped on Wednesday. Responsiveness and punctuality could definitely improve. I did ask for installation quote, which is very competitive to other vendors. But experiencing their poor responsiveness and punctuality to deliver the materials, I'm glad I didn't use their installation services.

I'm not 100% sure when the work was completed, but end of April beginning of May is close. In working with Sal at Tile Expo, I found his expertise to be priceless. He provided input into selecting tile that would blend with my counter tops; he provided input as to the design layout. The installer arrived exactly the time he was scheduled, and arrived exactly when he said he would on all follow up visits. I was very impressed with the installer’s professionalism and speed in which he did the work, and he did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’m in the process of remodeling my bathrooms, flooring etc…and will make every effort to do all my work through Tile Expo simply because Sal did such a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing any sort of tile or flooring work.

Great Job.
Do's:
Get multiple bids (Keeping to the same type granite)
Get a timeline (this will help to know when you will need to remove pots/pans, etc from the closet)
While removing all the "stuff", it a great time to do some housekeeping and throw out any unued "stuff".
Make sure any seams are matched up and a filler is used.

Prior to contracting Tile Expo, I had acquired an estimate from another vendor on Angie's List and was blown away by the high pricing.  The vendor also didn't offer a large selection of materials and colors, etc., for the work.  Tile Expo, on the other hand, offers a large selection and also some greatly appreciated recommendations for keeping the remodeling costs down.  The staff are very professional and clearly understand the work required to successfully remodel a bath area.  They also are very schedule-oriented.  I requested a schedule of when to expect which contractors who would perform different portions of the work (plumbing vs tiling vs shower glass installation) and obtained a concise schedule that the team stuck to, which in turn made it easier for me to plan my work days around the needs to be at home.  I should also mention that Tile Expo installed some fantastic granite counter tops in my kitchen last year as well as a beautiful tile backsplash, which was the main reason that I went back to them after obtaining unreasonable quotes from other vendors.
